this is probably my favourite piece. it's sort of a cathartic one, I've had most of these beads for years and they sort of inevitably held on to some significant memories because of that.

many were gifts, some that i have had since my first birthday. it's my organized collection of meaningful and beadable objects.

wooden beads - and others

this one is another little collage. the large wooden beads came from a bracelet I got on one of my first trips to visit family as a child. I also used some buttons in this one that I have held on to for a similarly long time. many of the other beads were newer to my collection.
